Ella is literally a wizard. I have really thick and hard to manage hair so getting haircuts usually ends up with botched layers or blunt ends. Ella didn’t even blink at my hair type and manages the literal perfect cut every single time. I have never loved my hair more which for me is significant because hair attachment issues of course. We didn’t even do inspo pics this time and she basically just read my mind with little description. Not only is she an incredible stylist, but she’s also so very kind and relatable. Talking with her feels like catching up with a bestie. I’m an anxious person by nature but she is so comforting and I’d trust her to do whatever she wants to my head. Salon Mercury in itself is such an amazing establishment and feels homey, especially for us in the lgbtq+ community or alternative style. Such a welcoming environment with talented artists. I’ve found my hair home 💕

Kaitlin did such a phenomenal job chatting and reassuring me and also listening to what I like/wanted. She blew me away first person that cut my hair that I didn’t end up hating the cut.
